CONFIDENTIALITY WITH THIS IS PARAMOUNT. IF YOU CANNOT PROTECT MY IDENTITY, THEN PLEASE STOP READING AND DISREGARD THIS EMAIL. This has to remain confidential. Ive seen far to many times where Citi has shared the name of the person filing the complaint and whether you want to believe it or not, retaliation on Citis side has resulted in a hardship for the person filing. Ill make this as brief and to the point as possible. With all the issues in the news of Harvey Weinstein and others using their positions of power to sexually harass and assault others, I feel compelled to bring this to your attention. Citi does business with with a company by the name of UCB. The owner, Sanju Sharma, has a long history of using his position of power to harass and assault women. He has settled dozens of charges against him through the methods of basically paying off his victims. There are some Citi executives that are aware of his behavior but they choose to turn their back because his company does $100 million a year in recoveries for them. Again, my identity has to remain confidential and must not be revealed towhees Citi executives. As a Citi employee, I value my job and take great pride in being part of such a respected organization. All I ask is that you take a look at this situation and do some high level investigating. Im confident you will find what Im referencing here. I would feel better sharing my identity with you but I know what the consequences would be. My identity cannot be shared with anyone at Citi. MY IDENTITY, MY WEB INFO, ANYTHING THAT IDENTIFIES ME TO THE CITI EXECUTIVES INVOLVED OR UCB WILL BE DETRIMENTAL TO ME.
