Dear Samsung,I bought your product- LED TV 43M-5570 from your authorized sales dealer- Mobile – Lee KunHee email address

Sunil Kumar sent a message to Lee Kun-Hee Chairman, Samsung email address that said:

Dear Samsung,
I bought your product- LED TV 43M-5570 from your authorized sales dealer- Mobile Planet, Rewari (Haryana), India on 24-Jul-2017 under their bill no. 12238.
Needless to mention, I zeroed on your product after consulting many of my friends who strongly suggested for your product.

However, after using this LED TV for about one half month, I noticed colour flickering and remote sensing problem which I notified to your authorized service center. Later i also noticed that the TV processing is getting slow day by day. I have attached some photographs for your better clarification. I have some videos as well but that is not possible to share on E-mail. You can find the complete complaint history as described below:

On 10-Sep-2017:
Complaint #: 4244846869 for colour flickering remote problem (not coming continuously but frequently)
Your technician visited and opened the TV and again closed saying problem will not come now.

On 14-Oct-2017:
​Complaint #: 4247294854 for colour flickering remote problem (not coming continuously but frequently)
Your technician visited and he wants to open but when i cross question he confirmed to order cable (bus bar). After some days he replaced the same but still there is no improvement. Still TV has the same problem

On 01-Nov-2017:
​Complaint #: 4248644218 for colour flickering, remote problem slow processing (not coming continuously but frequently)
Again registered the complaint for above mentioned problems. Your technician again visited to open the TV. After my cross question he confirmed that he want to update the software. Software was already updated by me using wi-fi feature earlier. After that he is not doing anything.

From above series of complaints this is very evident that your technician doesnt have any clue to rectify the problem. He is just passing his time, basically the warranty period. This TV has some basic problem so please look into the matter and replace the same at the earliest.
