Good morning,
We are at wits end. We flooded in Houston Texas during Harvey. We have flood insurance through Wright insurance.
We got our advance check 3 weeks ago, but it was made out to us and Wells Fargo and Citibank..Unfortunately we dont have our mortgage with either one and need letters telling Wright Insurance that we dont owe these companies no money.
Wells Fargo got us a letter within a couple of days. Three weeks later we are still fighting with Citibank. We only need simple a letter that states that we (Mark Podvorec)s account does not owe Citibank any money, so they can cut us a new check.
Your help desks have gone in circles telling us they mailed a letter, emailed a letter etc. Now yesterday when my husband called for the millionth time they say our account is archived and they can get to it.
We dont need them to get to it, we need a simple letter head letter emailed to us saying we dont owe you all any money.
My husband Mark can give you employee names and their numbers who should not work for your company.
We just want to move on and start rebuilding and we are stuck because of a simple letter.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help us,
It has been two months since we flooded, we just want to go back home and out of the rental place. My girls want to be close to their friends again. Please help us and send us a letter please so we can move on and be home by Christmas.
