I sent an email earlier today to what I *believe* is your email address, but I am trying all avenues because it is difficult to know whether information found in the internet is up-to-date.
I need resolution of an issue Ive been trying to resolve on my own through PayPals customer service, with no luck. PayPal is holding all of my money in a reserve, despite the fact that I have been a longstanding customer with an unblemished account for many years. All I did was have a good month in my business (and I communicated with PayPal beforehand to let them know a larger amount of money was coming), and suddenly Im completely broke because of this hold.
I am asking for a human being with a heart and a conscience, and the power to make a decision, to please help me resolve this situation.
