I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL TARGET CUSTOMER FOR YEARS NOW. BUT TODAY I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT YOUR STORE LOCATED AT 529 Lincoln St Worcester, MA 01605. MANY OF YOUR FOOD SHELVES WERE EMPTY, NO EMPLOYEES TO BE FOUND IN FOOD AND SOME PRODUCTS YOU LISTED IN YOUR APP NOT ONLY WERE NOT ON THE SHELVES, BUT THERE WASNT EVEN HAVE A SHELF FOR IT! YOUR CARTWHEEL APP STATED I COULD USE IT 3 MORE TIMES BEFORE I HAD TO DOWNLOAD ANOTHER TARGET APP. BUT AS I USED THE APP AND THEN PUT MY PHONE DOWN AS I WAS LOOKING AT PRODUCTS IT COUNTED THAT AS ONE USE. SO BY THE TIME I WAS ALMOST DONE 90 MINUTES OF GROCERY SHOPPING YOUR APP STATED I "USED IT 3 TIMES" AND I WAS FORCED TO DOWNLOAD THIS OTHER APP. BY THIS POINT I WAS SO FRUSTRATED WITH THE STORE EXPERIENCE THAT I DECIDED TO LET AN EMPLOYEE KNOW, SOMEWHERE, THAT I WASNT GETTING MY CART FULL OF GROCERIES SO THEY WERE NOT WASTED. I FOUND A CAUCASIAN MALE EMPLOYEE WITH FACIAL HAIR AND GLASSES (I DIDNT CATCH HIS NAME) WALKING DOWN AN AISLE IN THE HEALTH AND BEAUTY AREA AROUND 1PM WHOM I EXPLAINED TO MY FRUSTRATION AND I WAS LEAVING THE STORE. HE SAID "YOU HAVE TO BRING IT UP TO THE FRONT END". I EXPLAINED I WAS LEAVING. HE STATED "THEN IT WILL ALL BE THROWN OUT!" I AM SO DISGUSTED! I ENDED UP SHOPPING SOMEWHERE ELSE! AT THIS POINT I AM READY TO CLOSE MY TARGET CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AND STOP SHOPPING AT YOUR STORES ALTOGETHER!
