Hello I am writing you to resolve an issue I have with your company. On October 16 I bought a pool from your website. The price marked was $3 plus shipping and handling.
I waited until November 2 because I did not receive my pool. I called and talked to customer support and basically they said the could not honor the original contract.
I have sense contacted a lawyer that feels we have an excellent case and the paperwork I have is sufficient.
So basically I am writing to see if we can resolve this before it goes to the lawyers.
