Dear Mr. Swift,
I spoke to someone at The Hartford about what can be done about my auto insurance being raised $500 more from last year. After going over my policy, he was apologetic that nothing could be done. He said the increase was due to a rate hike approval. Im writing to let you know, after 15 years with The Hartford, Im leaving. I question your wisdom of raising rates so much on your good drivers. I imagine Im not alone in feeling The Hartford is making a big mistake. Please contact me if your customer service agent was incorrect.
