So, had to wait a day to post this because I was so angry, I may have used inappropriate language.
On November 3, 2017, my wife got rear ended in the Taco Bell in Sarataga Springs, UT drive thru. Like a responsible driver, she got out, looked for damage, found none, but wanted to cover herself, so asked the other driver for insurance. The driver got out called my wife a B****, and refused insurance information, so Christy called law enforcement to intervene. Police eventually show up, and take a report and get the insurance.
Taco Bell management proceeded to YELL at my wife to get out of drive thru, that she was interrupting business. So, rather than keeping the customer in mind, and what possible issues they may be facing in drive thru, they resorted to yelling at her to get out of drive thru, because we all know that the almighty dollar is far more important than actual, living human beings. I went inside and recorded this quick conversation with Taco Bell management. They admit to "sternly" asking my wife to get out of drive thru, and then threaten me with legal action for recording on private property. It wasnt listed anywhere on the property that I couldnt record, but as I didnt want arrested, and that it was private property, I left the property.
To me, this is what is wrong with the world. People placing their faith in money, rather than people, people more worried about the bottom line, than the actual well being of their fellow beings. My wife, who was possibly injured and was very scared, was being attacked by employees of Taco Bell and was absolutely the most poorly handled customer service experience we have ever had. Christy and I will never be stepping inside a Taco Bell again.
I hope this goes viral, I hope some corporate higher up sees this, and sees how people are being treated under the Taco Bell banner, so please feel free to share this.

The Manager in Charge stalked me on linked in, and now sent me this message.

Apparently, hes corporate security, and now harassing me offline regarding my video. Ill probably be suing Taco Bell at this point for harassment
