First I would like to say that this service is amazing. The thought of my items being storage in a climate controlled is great.
The only problem is that I want to get insurance increase and was told no. I wasnt explained that once I got the unit that was it $10,000.00. I have property that I need to increase the insurance on the pod but again was told no I can not.
Next the wait time on the phone is extremely long to speak to someone. Then they really are not very knowledgeable on what can and can not be done.
Wanted to pay a year in advance but was told no.
I am commission paid and try to pay ahead.
