Kenny Dutton sent a message to Rodger O. Riney Founder and CEO, Scottrade email address that said:
I just want you to know that your brokerage firm has the "WORST" customer service. Specifically your branches in Henderson and Las Vegas.
I had a simple request of adding scottrade elite to my account. I had access yesterday 11/6/17 and then today they took it away stating: "I dont meet the criteria". However, I was just using it for the past 5 months.
My wallet was lost so I had to get a brand new account number and card and I know they are using the new account criteria. Nonetheless, I digress and I will say that if I dont have Elite access by the end of the week Im taking my brokerage and IRA account somewhere else where Im appreciated.
