Back in September of 2017 I slipped and fell in your Spokane Valley store. All of the associates there handled themselves in a very professional manner and had been very helpful. Since then this claim (0036-492227-01) has been turned over to Gallagher Bassett as your representatives. There has been much pleading on my part to be able to physically talk to the assigned rep. Denise Cox. In late Oct. I was informed what she needed in order to complete this claim and I sent all of the pertinent documents to her and have not received any information since even though I have called and left messages and emailed her. Today, I found out that all of my documents had been copied and sent back to my doctor demanding additional information without even contacting me. After reviewing the comments of your assigned agent I am wondering if there is another route that I should take in order to get this resolved? Thank you in advance for your understanding of my frustration.
