Mary Anne Eggert sent a message to Stephen Burke CEO, NBCUniversal, Inc. email address that said:
Dear Mr. Burke,
For many years I have been a fan of the Today Show and following programming through 11 a.m. Just now I was watching Megyn Kelly. Her guest was a woman who publicly gave President Trump "the finger" while he was visiting Virginia recently.
Someone recorded this offensive gesture and posted it on Facebook; it went viral, so many people could view it. Ms. Kelly praised this womans action and the entire studio audience applauded.
I am extremely offended by this complete disrespect for the office of the President of the United States on a program which is viewed by millions. NBC is sanctioning and applauding this disrespect by allowing this kind of programming.
