I checked into Harrahs Atlantic City, paid for an upgrade, and the room we were booked into had roaches. I saw 3 in the bathroom alone. I went to the front desk and the clerk barely apologized. He offered me a different room and a $30 credit. This is unacceptable to me and I thought you should know how your AC hotel is being run. Barely acknowledging roaches in the room! I am sure other fine hotels would have been more accommodating and apologetic.
