For my sins I am a lecturer teaching best practice HRM to undergraduates here in Blackburn.This Summer I would like to use Ryanair as a case study.My theme being "Commercial success requires a commercial HR strategy !" How a low cost airline retains a competitive advantage. I am educating the students that HR management cannot please all the people all the time. Favour to ask : Q Could I ask your team for a copy of your HR strategy so they could critically evaluate it ?
