I notified Spectrum that I was relocating from Queens to Long Island and requested equipment – Thomas M Rutledge email address

Roberta Branciforti sent a message to Thomas M. Rutledge Chief Executive Officer and President of Charter Communications, Inc. Email Address that said:

I notified Spectrum that I was relocating from Queens to Long Island and requested equipment to be removed before the move. However, the technician never showed up. I have called your company at least 6 times to resolve the situation and was told last week that someone would come to my new address to pick up the equipment. When the technician did NOT show up today I called and was told that Spectrum did not cover my area and that I would have to travel back to the previous address to return the equipment. Then I received a call from a technician who was AT THE OLD ADDRESS despite the fact that I gave the new address multiple times. NOW I HAVE TO TRAVEL to a UPS store to return the equipment!! Then I HAVE TO FOLLOW UP to track the package to make sure your company gets it. This is outrageous and unprofessional. I will not use Spectrum again. And I should be paid for my time.
