Called Spectrum today to downgrade internet service based on high prices. spoke to Jonelle, a supervisor in the retention department had nothing to say but no no no and there was no way she was going to budge to help retain a customer and lower the price of the internet service after being a customer for a long period of time.
She couldnt even offer a new customer rate to try to keep an existing customer. How sorry that is, and she is in the retention dept?
Someone needs to be retrained and learn how to retain a customer. I have dealt with other companies with issues that are very similar to this one what the outcome is being very positive, this is has been nothing but a negative experience.
