i apologize for writing you but i have been left no choice. i have been using paypal for over a year. as of the past 2 weeks i have had numerous problems with paypal. i have called your company 5 times and emailed numerous times. i have received no response from email and nothing has changed. i have bills to pay. this is causing many financial problems for me. what is going on is every deposit i make to my bank i get a message that states . the message i get is "for security reasons we need a bit more time to review this transaction. this can take 24 hours, but we will email you as soon as we have an update". this has been going on for 2 weeks. where is the 24 hours?? where is the email? where is the update??? no email from you. i have called many times but i get no action and no response from your international support and your vietnam support. it is sad to say but your support is worthless. please advise me what i need to do so i get my money. i have checked with my bank and they say nothing has changed. i need my money to go into my account.i have moved some of my jobs from paypal to direct deposit.this will take effect next month. i am thinking of going to california to fix this problem. if i am forced to do this then i expect you to pay for this trip as i have done everything on my end to try to fix this problem. in addition, one of my joobs has over 500 paypal users. i have spoken to my boss about this problem and i am told there is numerous complaints about paypal. my other company topica native stopped using paypal. they now use worldpay. you are not the only game in town. i would prefer this problem to be fixed as it is a pain to switch things. please, please lets all live a peaceful life and fix these problems. my paypal email address is morrisworldtrade@gmail.com. thank you for consideration given this request.
