Mr Rogers. I have been a customer of your bank since 1962 now there have been a few buy out since i started at the Beaverdam Va. bank. I have been very pleased over the years with the service of Suntrust bank but in the past 6 months service has gone down hill. Your bank at Tucknut shoping center Toped the cake today. You have a new Manager there now who is 180degres from the manager that was there before this one. She was a people manager that you could set down a work out a problem. Yesterday I stoped by and he took care of a cedit card problem then I asked if he could cash some goverment saving bondsToday which he said no p[roblem. today i went into cash the bonds he and his assitant said no way that they could do it. I had bought a new car was going to pay for it. when i say I will do something I mean it. That is what I expected today . But it didn:t happen so all I could do was move x number of dol i cou;ld meet my commmitment. . My word is my bond. which did not happen at your Tuckernut bank today. I can:t do buisness with a bank that is not honest to its customers. sorry to bother you but felt you need to know how your customer was treated Thanks for your time.
