After complaint of cooling problem of my refrigerator the Samsung engineer visit at 13-11-2017 our house for the same and after maintenance within fifteen minutes he was told that please keep refrigerator off for 6 hrs. and will switch on after that and check again in morning. When we check in the morning refrigerator burned from inside from freezer area and refrigerator. Therefore I would request to you please do take appropriate action please, all the snap of the same is attached with this mail for your ready reference please.
