As I have not had any service from Samsung Durban, I am requesting that you intervene to get my refrigerator fixed
The model name is RF31FMESBSL/FA
This refrigerator is little more than a year old.
I originally bought this from Hirsch stores in Ballito, and asked them to send a technician to make the repairs. After many fruitless calls, I contacted Samsung service in Durban.
The first service order number dated 10 October 2017 was 4203264526. As the fridge was not repaired and it seems all information was lost by Samsung, I had to lodge a second service,order number about 2 weeks ago. This number is 4203775250. To date I have not heard not had any communication from Samsung.
I contacted Samsung South Africa today on their customer service number 0861964469 to obtain Samsung Koreas email address and was told by Brandon that you do not have an email address
This just shows their commitment to customer service.
