Mr.Koch,I\'m extremely confused by the service of your company! I ordered my pod – John B Koch email address

Mr.Koch,

Im extremely confused by the service of your company! I ordered my pod. Asked a lot of questions. Main question is , do you level the container if it is on a hill. The answer is YES, we do and it looks like you have a 15% grade.
I said wow, how do you know the grade? He the customer service guy said, Im looking at it now! I said wow thanks to technology. Got the quote and said I need to discuss with my husband who is now on the phone. John doe says ill hold no point in calling back. I thought to myself that was just weird.
Today my pod arrived! In the time frame! The driver Drew was excellent! I asked about him leveling the pod. To which he replied we dont level pods, dont have anything to level it with. Hmmmm, I told drew what I was told and that I was on a 15% grade that the pod customer service told me. He said he has been doing this job 14 fourteen years and we dont level . so I called customer service where the employee told me it was up to the drivers discretion. Which I asked if that is true then why did the first customer rep tell me it would be level and why is the drber telling pods never levels a pod? She kept telling me drivers discretion. So after drew placed the pod I called to talk to a supervisor, which that customer service rep had to ask questions first. I said I have a few. So I asked do you level the pod if its on a hill? Her response, we Never place a pod on a hill. Then she told me the driver will ask you to get in your car, open the door to see if it closes by itself?. I just spoke to Kendra bowling a supervisor and she wanted to know what is my idea of a hill. Really? She also said we have no way of knowing the grade from Google maps.
I hate to be mis informed.
This will be the last time I use pods.
