I called Spectrum Customer Service regarding my bill since the "promotional" rate expired advised that my building was recently outfitted for Fios asked if you can match their rate or be competitive. I was advised that I should call FIOS/Verizon as Spetrum would prefer I leave. Can you help or should I leave FIOS.
