Hello Mr. Bertolini, I am a Surgery Consultant for Holiday Surgery Center. Our center is attached to the owner/Doctor and we have been trying to get credentialed for Aetna Medicare Plans that Doctor Diana Heath has been a provider for over a year. This is the only facility she does surgery in and we are in most other Aetna health plans. I was told there was a ticket number (NAF #130583) and they were working on this back in August. I have tried several times and re-sent the application and necessary W9 form but still have not had a response. My last call, 10/17/17 with Michelle gave me a reference #3438092514.
I appreciate any help you can provide to get this resolved. Thank you.
