I had an appt. today, 11/30/17 for routine bloodwork at your facility located 11660 Alpharetta Rd. in Roswell, Ga. I made the earlier in the week. The appt. was for 8:45 AM and I got there at 8:30. The waiting room was so full there were not enough chairs for everyone. No one was at the receptionist desk until about 8:50 AM. There were at least three technicians running around in the back, but no one was actually taking care of any of the people that were there for their lab work. By 9:00 AM, only one person had been taken care of. I had to leave and told the receptionist to cancel my appt.
I called back around 11 to see if I could come in later (as I was still fasting) and after speaking to the person that answered the phone and telling her what had happened and asking her to please accomodate me with a new appt., her response was total silence. I asked if she was still on the phone, and she said yes but had no assistance that she could provide. She asked if I wanted to speak with the supervisor, and I said yes. She put me on hold and 3 seconds later the call was cut off. I called back and when I was finally able to get through, I spoke with Tiffany. I do not know if Tiffancy was the person who had answered previously. I asked for the supervisors name and was told her name was Tammy, but Tammy was to busy to come to the phone. I ask Tiffany to let Tammy know that her facilitys staff was deplorable and had absolutely no customer service, and had no respect for the people that come there, many of whom might be ill. I also told her that I would be contacting your office. The impertinence and contempt for the people that come to that office is shameful and disgraceful. I certainly hope that something is done with regard to the services provided from that facility, whether it be through training or hiring of sympathetic and/or professional employee. I do plan on going online and posting my very disconcerting experience, so that others may have the opportunity to find other labs for their services.
