To whomever at GameStop may get this email. I purchased a arcade stick from one of your stores in Michigan and I will never be doing business with GameStop again. This is by far the worst experience I have ever received from a retail store and cant believe all the time wasted with nothing accomplished but my time wasted. It definitely proves that GameStop doesnt care about customer service and just wants peoples money bottom line.
If you would like to know what the problem was with your company feel free to contact me. But Im sure you will just blow me off just like your customer service did.
