Cindy Campos sent a message to Carlos Ghosn President and CEO, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. email address that said:

We do not deserve to be treated in such a hideous way as we came to purchase a vehicle we needed as a necessity in our lives. They undermined our trust we had in them making this major financial decision as there was absolutely no integrity in any of the individuals we encounter with this purchase. These individuals had misrepresented the truth, blatantly lied, and treated us with no more respect than the filth on their shoes. I always had an eye for Nissans and believed it would be the car I could rely on and be proud to own I could not have been more mistaken as the encounter Ive had with Nisan employees and vehicle in question have left us with a financial burden for a car that was not what it was presented to be. Granted the beauty and style is exceptional but does not in any way overcome all the manipulation and not getting what we paid for. Let me list below some of what we have endured with this company its car and employees.
Employees
1. Lied and told us the car had one previous owner the niece of one of their employees and was like new.
A. It was a rental vehicle and had 3 previous owners
B. We were told if we put down a big deposit and paid off early we would save a lot on interest
C. Kept saying it had 21,531 miles when in fact it had 21,969

2. I was the one who spoke to the employees and I was the one who they asked for both of our SSN and to give them 3 contacts even though they knew only Marvin was the one purchasing the vehicle.
A. They told us Marvin did not qualify for a loan with the 3 banks they contacted that he had bad credit but he could get financed thru Chrysler Capitol
B. They mislead him on the IR
C. They knew Marvin did not speak fluent English or understands let alone read English yet they had him sign all the paperwork in English and then refused to give him a Spanish version.
D. They refused to give him a copy of the service contract in Spanish
E. They put in the contract a phone number that is not Marvins even when we gave them his and they did not put in Chrysler Capitols number it was like they didnt want either party to contact the other
F. It took them 2 months to get us plates for the vehicle
G. There was a Equifax breach / identity theft that resulted from this
3. Said vehicle was like new
A. Trunk would fly open spontaneously
B. Right back door would not lock with key controller so if you locked it from the inside you couldnt it get open
C. Oil coming out of front right wheel and brake noise
D. Driving with back windows down makes a loud whipping extremely frustrating

4. When taken car in to get fixed they had put 3 scratches on the left side of the car 1st on left side front door, 2nd on left mirror and 3rd on left side front panel and will not return my calls to deals with this.

When we test drove the vehicle we did notice some of the scratches and hard not to see the spilled white substance on both front inside door above handles and the bluish substance on the drives side visor. We assumed they would have this cleaned up if we purchased the vehicle THEY DID NOT clean anything and someone elses CD was left in the CD player. We didnt notice until we were cleaning out vehicle ourselves the huge gouges in the back right side door and some on the left. And a small hole in the backseat on the drivers side. How is this like new?

After numerous attempts to rectify this situation all we got was oh ya sorry about that well we can put you in another vehicle and give you next to nothing on what you have already paid on the Nissan versa and still charge you all over again start paying almost double the money we already paid. All we wanted was fairness and a car we believed to be the best. We are sadden and sick over this we live like most people paycheck to paycheck and had to borrow money from my husband retirement fund to purchase this vehicle and it was a necessity not a desire. Not to mention the Nissan name that we choose over all others and does not support any of its promises to their customers.
