I have received notice My citizen bank accounts will be terminated on 12/14/17, i and my business have been banking with your company for over 10 years, .
I humbly ask for an extension of time at least 90 days, it is my sincere hope that this matter will be resolved,.
I have had no problems with my main branch as per my conversation with bank manger Roxanne Inglis-iawas at the delmar ny branch on delaware avenue 518-4390102.
I would assume this action comes from the colonie ny branch , where this woman bank teller misappropriated funds after reviewing my account and i had to call the citizen bank 800 number to straighten the problem out, the disrespect this woman showed me was totally unprofessional , i need time to reposition my 4 accounts and my loan with your bank with another bank, if this matter can not be worked out.
I need a response asap within 24 hours for an extension of time, as i have said before i have been banking with your company for 10 years with no problems and i ask for an extension of time, my phone contact is 518-4658915 ,
