Mr. Anderson, I have been trying to get my account set up since 10-09-17 which is when I first contacted DTE regarding a move. Since that time I have talked to numerous agents and supervisors. As recent as 11-27-17 I contacted DTE and talked to Paige, Tiffiny and the supervisor Keesha Leonard regarding the establishment of a new account for my new address. As of that date, Keesha Leonard was to personally get the information corrected via your IT department. I moved into my new residence on 10-16-17 and out of my old residence on 10-31-17. To date, I do not have a new account and Im billed for time passed my move out date. Each time I contacted DTE for assistance the rep acknowledges the problem and reviews the history on your system. Why can this be fixed in a timely manner? Please help!! If you cant do it, who can? Thank you in advance for you time and assistance. Please contact me if you need additional information.
