I am writing you as a loyal customer who has been with century link for years. We in the community of Tiger Bend of Marion La. Have been struggling with our internet for quite some time and century link have been telling us yall are going to update the equipment. But we have been hearing g this for years. I have had technicians out to work on it and they tell me i only get half the internet speed that I am paying for. I also have neighbors who cannot get Internet at all. Can you please look into what is going on with the updating .
