I live in Cincinnati OH and used to have TWC. I now have Spectrum. My triple bundle including some premium channels costs $164.50. Ive been calling Customer Service and the Billing Dept, in order to remove the premium channels and get my bill in line with Spectrum Triple Play Select ~$90/ month.
Today, I spoke to the initial person and TWO successive Managers (Eric and Richard). All stated that the premium channels could not be removed! Then I was told that removing the premium channels would increase my bill.
Finally, I was told they would like me to stay paying $164, but it was my decision if I leave.
This sounds like you want me to leave.
Please explain why I cant remove premium channels in order to get a better rate.
