I know you are very busy especially this time of year. I have a situation. in brief, placed order overseas on 12/4 they did not ship until 12/12 and guaranteed 7 day delivery once shipped. Once it was handed off to UPS I found out they shipped it ground. I have contacted your support by phone to find out I cannot change how it shipped. I offered to pay to have it changed to express/overnight. Not sure why this cant be done? I truly need help and will give a reply the tracking number. This package has all my grandchildrens Christmas gifts and this is the first time in 6 that we will all be together. Please contact me on this so I can give you information, it is sitting in March Air Reserve Base in CA. The shipper is no help. Right now it says I will get it 12/26. Can someone help me on this so grandma will have gifts for all on Christmas. Thank you Dawn
