Sharon Stays sent a message to Dan Schulman President and CEO of PayPal Email Address that said:

I have been with PP since 2003 and have had the pleasure of "trusting" your staff with full exposure to my bank account. I thought they objectively had my best interest at heart! Unfortunately, they are currently handling a dispute with one of my merchants. It seems they have taken sides with the merchant accusing me of trying to get a refund for merchandise that I did not return. The merchant has agreed to the fact they received the items and kept the refund in their kash account without my approval. Once I found out it was my request to return the refund to PP to be returned to my bank as has been normal. Now PP cannot find the monies that were returned to them on Nov. 30th! They said they sent to them $430.19! Now PP is saying I need to return the product before they can refund my money! They are also insisting that I change my PW and account info as someone is messing with my account. Please Sir, if you can help me with this issue at your earliest convenience. I am a senior on a fixed income. However, I have never had a need to be dishonest or steal to survive.
