Dear Sheldon ,
I rolled over HK$ 2 billion in 2017 at MBS.
I am terminating my MBS membership immediately and will never patronise any LVS properties again because of Andre McDonald.
Reason is I was confronted by triads that freely operated at Venetians. I requested security services to protect me but it took them 40 minutes to arrive.
I made two calls to the Police and they came twice and arrested one triad member but I was fearful for my safety thus did not go to the Police station. The Police confirmed the crime was committed because the triad member confessed.
It took Venetians one hour forty minutes to identify one such member and advise that two had left and three more were unaccounted for; because of the period of time it took security cameras to identify the triad members, I suspect there is someone working from inside your organisation. I am seeking legal advise.
I was fearful for my safety when I was going back to HK because I said I would expose this when I return to HK. I called Andrew at 11.45am on 1st Jan to asked for help but he said it was not convenient to speak with me. I cant believe he would do that to any of his client let alone after I have already identified myself.
