Dear Mr. Jelinek,
We are a Costco family and have been for many years. We love Costco, so I am writing to you about my situation with your company as I have nowhere else to turn. I bought 2 Samsung TVs as Christmas presents last September. The 3rd and 4th TV sets I bought from Costco in the last couple of years. We never had a problem with any of them until now. This time however, one came out of the box broken. I cannot get anyone at customer service to replace it. Due to we took advantage of a pre Christmas sale that resulted in us not opening the box until more than 90 days had passed. While I understand the need for Costco to put a time limit on returns, I cannot describe to you the disappointment hat my family is feeling about this situation. If these is anything you can do to help, it would be greatly appreciated. Still a loyal Costco shopper.
