Dear Mr. McCann, Ive been using 1800flowers for sometime now, personal and for my work. I have had some issues in the past and have been resolved. I have had three more issues in less than two weeks. One for a funeral (Nana), not delivered, one for new mom staying at Ronald McDonald home, not resolved. Arrangements delivered days late. I made several phone calls to resolve. Last phone call I was told by an Angelina that I had too many problems with this situation and hung up on me. Promises broken, not resolved. All unacceptable coming from 188flowers. Sorry to bother you but didnt know where else to turn to. Lost money, trust, and time. like I said Ive entrusted your company but regretfully feel I may have to change.
