My name is Angela Hampton and I am the Property Manager for my son, Anthony Hampton Trust. He owns several different properties in Elk Grove, CA. Ive worked together for almost 40 years with the City of Elk Grove before Republic Services took over for the citys refuge/garbage accounts. On December 22, 2017 I had a conversation with staff at Republic Services that stated that they would issue a refund in three weeks to my son, Anthony Hampton, because the account was overpaid. Instead, they credited the account to the new tenant living in the home. There have been inconsistencies throughout this process which makes me suspicious that staff are not being trained property, that is, saying one thing and arbitrarily doing another without disclosing to the customer. Can you please see that this issue gets elevated to the appropriate people so this issue is properly handled and the money is appropriately assessed to the correct people.
