James Smith sent a message to Dan Schulman President and CEO of PayPal Email Address that said:
Dan my name is James Smith and I have a problem with PayPal. If you are his secretary please do not trash this email. I have been with PayPal since 2010 and have never had a problem until now. I could not pay my bill on line, so I called customer service and told that I was in bankruptcy that my account was frozen. I have never been bankrupt nor filed for bankruptcy, you can check my account and see that I have always been in good standings. It would be turned over to the investigation department to call back in 5 days which I did today and was sent to collections. My account was still froze to call back in 5 to 10 business days. My account number is 5049 9060 5290 0487. Now I do not want to have my credit reports to show that I am bankrupt when I am not. I am retired have plenty of money. I am sending you this email for I could not contact PayPal with an email on this subject.
