Mr. McMullen, I made a mathematical error which resulted in funds not being available when check #2335 written 11/28/17 for $68.24 to Krogers was returned. Ive requested a refund of the $50.00 return check fee which they declined. Ive shopped at Krogers a long time and Ive spent a lot of money. Your moto is Im a valued customer but frankly I dont feel like a valued customer right now. I have made arrangements with my bank that in the event that I miscalculate in the future they will cover my check. I am on a fixed income; please refund my $50.00. I desperately need this money,,,
