As a long time Costco member who has frequently recommended a Costco membership to numerous friends, let me advise you that the way Costco USA and Costco Canada handled this whistleblowers complaint is, in my view, unacceptable.
Costco is a membership based business therefore when Costco acts in an inappropriate manner, I believe it reflects poorly on all of its members.
Today, I am ashamed to be a Costco member.
Congratulations to your Senior Management decision makers for putting ALL Costco members in this ugly position.
