Hello Jay,

I am beyond frustrated with your company. I find it ridiculous that I have to waste 3 hours of my day each time I contact Healthnet just to find out the status of my refund. I originally wanted coverage with a commercial account PPO plan. After using your directory and finding out none of the doctors in my area are keeping contracts with healthnet. So I cancelled my coverage before it began (Feb 23rd). I have been waiting for 3 weeks and my refund of $366.24 is still sitting somewhere if the hands of more incompetent people that stated they would call me to provide updates. Those havent even been scheduled as I found out today. I have been provided reference numbers and service numbers (s7260843). But the joke is on me as NONE of them have gotten my money returned. Supervisor Garron Jenkins, Rocio, Gina (lead), brittney Thompson, Diego, Marquesha... are just a few names of your employees that said they would expedite, process and return my money in 3-5 business days. Of course this hasnt happened.

Im not sure why you make it impossible for a member to call back someone you have already spoken too at your offices. Im not sure why all calls filter through 800/522-0088?! Then tell me I need to go to the commercial department and THAT IS THE NUMBER I WAS GIVEN FOR SUCH DEPARTMENT. Yet I sit and wait again for someone to tell me that I will be taken care of.

Just a suggestion, perhaps you could pay more attention to the processes that are SEVERELY broken in your healthcare systems and fix them?? Maybe go to less lunches or golf outings and run the company that you get a ton of money running! Its called - do your job!

I sit and wait for someone to save me from the horrificly long hold accompanied by terrible music. Maybe you should offer suggestions on how to actually communicate with anyone from the company while on this hold!? A replayed message that can save us time and headache so we can stop beating our heads against a wall trying to deal with ANYONE from Healthnet!! I bet you dont have any issues getting yourself seen at a doctor? Or your family! I wish your family and everyone you care about to have the same frustrating experience with health care. I hope they tell you how impossible it is to deal with, because only then will you perhaps change anything.
