I am Fred Hunter, President of a small Healthcare clinic and a VA Choice Provider for our Veterans for Lymphedema Care Since November 2017 most all of our authorized claims have been rejected, denied and asked to resubmit over 6 times. We have past due over 23 plus claims that Health Net will not pay us thought all details on our Health care claims for the Veterans we treat have been in compliant. I have been working with Mr. Woody Ford , Director of Operations out of your South Carolina office and Mr. Charles Tharp, supervisor of Health Net claims now since November and we still have not got paid.Can you please help us so we can continue treating our Verterans as a provider in Tallahassee, Florida. I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT. Our local VA Advocate informed us that Health Net had to turn over 3000 Veterans to the VA in Gainesville. Florida as they could not find providers. Possibly the reason they could not find provider as the ARE NOT PAYING FOR AUTHORIZED SERVICES after treatments. You can have your office call

I would think after submitting the same claims over 6 times that we can at least get them approved and paid.
