Dear Mr. Lampert, sorry to write this email to complain but I thought you should know my family have been long time customers of Sears until now.
I recently bought boots on line and were the wrong size.
I did an exchange on line which was fine second order came worked out perfectly. The problem came with returning the first pair. Three chats on line three direct phone calls and still no return label. Contently being told you will receive return label in 48 to 72 hours this has been going on since 3/6/18. Very bad customer service if you could push this return label I would be grateful. But again sorry to say service at Sear has become horrendous.
