Dear sir, I purchased a Samsung television UE40MU6122UHD, from Public stores in Limassol – Cyprus – Lee KunHee email address

Yiasoumis Anastasiou sent a message to Lee Kun-Hee Chairman, Samsung – email address that said:

Dear sir, I purchased a Samsung television UE40MU6122UHD, from Public stores in Limassol - Cyprus on 10th January 2018.This television is not suitable for the country in which it was sold. We do not have 4K in Cyprus and as a result there is judder at unpredictable but frequent intervals. This causes me headaches and dizziness. I have been in contact with Samsung Electronic Hellas, the official representative for Cyprus, but they said that since there is no problem mechanically, I cannot return the product. I think there should have been a notification on the package or the internet site from which I bought this television warning about this excessive judder. Samsung Electronic Hellas acknowledged in writing to me that the channel transmission in Cyprus is not suitable for this television. Why was it sold in Cyprus by the official representative if they knew in advance that it was not suitable? What can I do with a brand new television that I cannot use? I would appreciate your feedback. Thank you.
