Douglas R. Clarke sent a message to John B Koch that said:
Dear Mr. Koch,
I am writing concerning a dispute with your company that was handle in the beginning of a year long contract in which it was handled in a great manner till other representatives decided that they should not uphold the agreement that was made and that's when it rolled down hill ending up with me being taken advantage of. All I want is what was agreed upon and no more or no less. If and when I get a response from you I'll send you the rest of the story and supporting documentation. Thank you for your consideration and time of this matter.
