I have been a customer of the bank now known as PNC Bank since 1981. On June 7, 2018, I spoke with someone in underwriting named Dorie to discuss the reasons why my credit card application was denied. After I thoroughly refuted the reasons given for denial as completely untrue, all the young lady could do was ask if I wanted to provide some additional information so the application could be reviewed. There was no legitimate reason to deny my credit card application. I believe the basis for the denial was my age, my address and my race. My record with the bank is impeccable and my credit is as well. I would like my application reviewed and approved. Thank you. B. Springs
