To make this short, we rented a car from Budget at the end of April, returned it, with no problems and the agent walking and looking upon return. Two months later we get a letter saying there is $306.00 worth of damage, that is not true. Why would we be informed this 2 months later, why would we have not been called on it upon return of the car and more importantly, We would have immediately called Budget upon any damage IF that was the case, which is wasnt. Due to this, our Visa credit card was charged $306.00 which is wrong...your company stole from us, charging a charge that never happened. When I spoke to a few representatives there, and gave them the rental number, nothing was found, nothing! I give you these numbers Rental # U115077200 VCR #1420718 I would appreciate immediate attention on this matter, as none of this makes any sense, it never happened, and your company took money that was not due you. The letter we received had a name of Nora Henry, and in my calls, no one can find her, her title being on this letter, Emergency Road Service Specialist.
