I am your Century Link / Level 3 representative and I have been unable to reach anyone despite multiple inquiries and site visits at the corporate office here in KC regarding your communication and IT Platform.
Much has changed with the Century Link level 3 merger and it does affect HCA. Who should I contact and what is their email so that I can personally help HCA.
