@CharterNewsroom – Thomas M Rutledge – Sir, Since March, 2017, I have had the Triple Play Gold Package during the promotion

Since March, 2017, I have had the Triple Play Gold Package during the promotion for $29.95 per unit. That added up to $100.00. By the time Spectrum finished with the "other" charges, I was paying close to $170.00. Now the promotion is over and I'm paying $208.71 total per month. Since the beginning of my service, I have ongoing problems with my TV and Internet. The TV service pixels and cuts in and out. Sometimes it loses the channel I'm watching. My internet is so slow, it has to load while streaming anything. It is nowhere near the advertised speed.
Prior to this service, I had DirecTv premium TV and AT&T Uverse internet, from 1994 to 2017 Never a problem, and a cost, for both, around $140.00. I moved to a senior community in 2017. They would not allow DirecTv to be installed, only Spectrum. I have had company Techs here, at least, 4 times. They never solved my problems. Sure, they would change a connector, to make it look good, but NO solution. WHY? This service is horrible. If Spectrum gave me the service free, that would cost too much. I am done paying $208.71for this. If Spectrum will not satisfy me, I'll have no option but to seek service elsewhere.
Case in point: I am watching CBS Sports Network. I have lost and retrieved that channel at least 5 times within the last hour.
