Dear Sir,

Thank you very much for giving an opportunity to bring to your kind attention a problem which I am facing with my Toyota Camry car in UAE (plate No. 15/AD/94670, Year 2015). The reverse camera and the in build navigation system is not working since last 3 weeks and have approached the authorized service center (M/s. Al Futtaim motors) for repair, where they have identified the problem and assured to repair the same under warranty. However due to lack of availability of spare at that time they promised to do the repair within a week time once the spare is available.
Unfortunately as of now I have not received any update from the service center even after I tried to reach them several times over phone and e-mails.
Honestly I preferred the brand Toyota considering the easy availability of spares and good service, but this assurance is not evident in the current scenario. The lack of response or update from the service team has forced me to put up this case to your kind attention.

Also kindly be informed that I am a regular customer of Toyota and have availed the AMC with your authorized service center in order to ensure my car get good and genuine service and spares.

I would appreciate your kind assistance on this matter so as to provide with a proper instructions to your team members for an effective action for the repairs at the earliest possible.
