I have been a customer of Time Warner, and now spectrum, since around 2004. Since the end of April this year I lose my internet and phone at least once a day and sometimes many times during the day. This is from any where from 1 minute to 5 when I reboot the box. It is very frustrating using my home phone cause I never know if I will finish the conversation or get cut off and have to resort to my cell phone. I have had at least 5 service calls to the customer service line and 3 service calls from this. I also have a direct line to the Technician and numerous visits from him. NO ONE can seem to fix this problem and I am at my wits end. They have changed the wireless box 3 times, the wire from the box outside to my home and all wires and connectors in the home and the problem continues. This is my last resort before I take my business elsewhere. Can you help get this resolved. I reside in Murrells Inlet, SC
